Name and Contact Information for individuals related in some way to a Patient receiving care.

The RelatedPerson resource is meant to represent a person with some relation to the patient. Examples include a spouse or family member, friends, attorneys, or guardians.

The related person is identified in reference to the patient they are related to: The same person may appear with multiple RelatedPerson records if they are a related person for multiple patients.
