An Extension containing the launch key and package key used to persist a Documentation Templates and Rules (DTR) QuestionnaireResponse.
When a Documentation Templates and Rules (DTR) QuestionnaireResponse is persisted, athenahealth tracks the originating launch and the associated coverage requirements package. This extension carries the launch key and package key that identify those artifacts.
