Complex Extension: An Extension used to reference a specific athenahealth document details

  • status: string: Document status indicates the current state or progress of a document within the workflow. For example, ACKNOWLEDGE, DATAENTRY, CLOSED, etc.
  • source: string: Document source refers to the origin or the system from which a document is generated or received. For example, INTERFACE, UPLOAD, FAX, etc.
  • documentSubclass: string: Document subclass is a further categorization of a document that refines its classification beyond the primary document class. For example, ADMIN_BILLING, CLINICALDOCUMENT_CASEREPORT, MEDICALRECORD_HISTORICAL, etc.
  • documentClass: string: Document class indicates the class or category of the document. For example, ORDER, RESULT, OTHERCLINICAL, ADMIN, etc.
  • observationTimestamp: dateTime: The date and time when the observation or event was recorded. For example, Document date recorded in a prior authorization approval letter, etc.
  • clinicalOrderType: CodeableConcept: The type of clinical order, such as 'IMAGING ORDER', 'KIDNEY IMAGING 3D', 'PRIOR AUTHORIZATION APPROVAL', etc.
